The LightBoat 2300 series FPGA is based on the AMD UltraScale+™ architecture and integrates the VU23P chip, providing 2252K logic units, 1320 DSP slices and 99Mb UltraRAM, supporting 4.1 TOPS computing power. The board is equipped with dual 100G Ethernet (QSFP28), PCIe Gen4 x8 interface and 4GB DDR4 memory, supporting high-speed data transmission and complex computing. 34 GTY transceivers (32.75Gb/s) and 4 GTM channels (58Gb/s) ensure low-latency communication and are compatible with industrial-grade environments. 75W PCIe power supply + 120W external power supply design, taking into account energy efficiency and performance.
